Service Description
Your body wants to experience the amplified impact of consistent strength training. Client Cards come in two types: (a)10-Session Packs and (b)Wicked Deal. They can be programmed into one consistent mesocycle, or used as occasional training sessions scheduled further apart. The three 10-Session Packs are: Strength, Form & Flow, and Neubie. Ideally, a weekly session is scheduled, but I know life. Client Card Packs are good for six months from date of purchase. Client Card: Wicked Deal is a three month commitment Client Card to 4 sessions/month with 25% savings! This sale option is good for two purchases per person for *that person* to be trained.
Booking Policy
| Self-Scheduling | Available on Booking Calendar, limitations exist and my hours fluctuate where needed. Contact me at chargedflowtraining@gmail.com (or my number once given), and we can work together for various scheduling/ booking needs. | At-Session-Pay | Available for certain services, credit or debit card is still required on file for all booking services. Currently Allowed Services: (a) all A la Carte Sessions, (b) all 10-Session Client Card Packs, and (c) Intro to Charged Flow Services Not Currently Allowed: (a) Monthly Members, (b) Client Card: Wicked Deal, and (c) Strength in Twos. | Cancellation or Reschedule Notice | In-writing or personal contact is needed at least 24 hours before scheduled session for any cancellation or rescheduling. No Shows or Cancellations within 24 hours (without direct communication) will be charged full price to the card on file for any Booking Service. | Cancellation and Refunding | A la Carte Sessions must be cancelled 24hrs in advance of scheduled time to receive full refund. In-Person or In-Writing discussion is needed before a prorated refund is given on 10-Session Client Card Packs. Clients have 6 months to complete a 10-session Client Card Pack and rescheduling options abound. In-Person or In-Writing discussion is needed before a prorated refund is given to an Intro to Charged Flow purchase. Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive refund or ability to reschedule. Monthly charged members: A Weekly Training Member, Weekly Neubie Member, Strength in Twos Member, and Client Card: Wicked Deal Member is allowed to cancel at any time. Cancellation is for following billing cycles only. No refund allowable for currently billed cycles. Special note to partners: A Strength in Twos Membership is a monthly billed service to a single partner- each partner paying their separate monthly charge regardless of total attendance outcome. (Your charges will not change if only one of you show up or if someone is late, etc.). A partner can cancel at anytime, and the remaining partner can link up with someone new or switch plans.
